Yesterday, MobileGamesBlog and friends organized the first Dutch AppCircus in Rotterdam. During the AppCircus, the jury was judging for the best app of Holland. The honors went to Sticky from Gamistry.

Great news for Zeptolab and it’s publisher Chillingo last night as the game Cut The Rope is the first iOS game to secure a BAFTA award. The game had to shake off various DS and PSP titles.

The IMGA has just announced the winners of the International Mobile Game Awards. The grand prix went to long time developer FDG Entertainment and many other award have been won by long-time mobile developers as well.

Samsung has announced the winners of their Bada Developer Challenge. The grand prix of $300.000 went to an app called Little Sailor from developer Komosinski.

HandyGames has won the Best Mobile Game 2010 award for Anno – Creat a New World! At the German developer awards. The companies celebrate by offering the game at discount to German speaking gamers.

Last night, French developer and publisher BulkyPix managed to take home two awards at the Dutch Game Awards in Amersfoort (NL). Goodbye Galaxy Games also took home a mobile/handheld awards.
