To assist mobile game developers in the ever growing pain of porting, RealGames has announced a new initiative called Federation of Studios. It should assist developers in porting to over 1700 devices in about 6 weeks.

Last week, ZII announced that Airplay can be used to create games for this new media player. In an interview at ME, Ideaworks3D announced that they plan to take Airplay to various partners.

This morning we received a tip about something called 'The Cuttlefish Engine'. Cute as it sounds, it is actually a full engine that allows developers to instantly release their games on iPhone, BlackBerry and Android.
